Famous internet browser Mozilla is launching his new operating system built on Firefox, That is called dubbed Firefox OS? Firefox is not only operating system for your computer, Its for your Computer, Smartphones and Tablets also.

This operating system is supporting everything for your device.

Mozilla Firefox OS is a smartphone operating system. Mozilla is planning to launce os for Laptop, it will be available soon in the market,  Mozilla is planning to release tablets running Firefox OS.

Firefox Operating System doesn’t run traditional apps. All the code code for this app has written in HTML and Java Script, Its an Web Application,  many codes in these apps may run locally,
For completing this, The Mozilla has recently added some APIs that allow web apps to interface with hardware features. For example, on Firefox OS, the dialer you use to dial numbers. It runs locally, but is implemented with web technologies. You could theoretically “view source” on the dialer to view its code, just as you could view a web page’s source code.

Mozilla Market Place:-

Mozilla has their own application store which is called Firefox Marketplace, From this market place you can get number of varieties apps and more. Web apps could also be accessed from outside the store as typical websites, of course.




Mozilla also wants these apps to be portable. Mozilla has created a full-featured version of Firefox for Android and iOS. In theory, you can download and install Firefox for Android and can  access the Firefox Marketplace to use Firefox OS apps on Android.
