Hyundai ix25 (SUV)

It is out in the open. Hyundai India will be launching the recently unveiled ix25 compact SUV here by 2015. It was also recently spotted testing in the country. The ix25 is Hyundai’s take on the Ford EcoSport and Renault Duster. Hyundai India will be looking to position this above the Xcent and below the Verna. It is expected that this SUV will be powered by 1.6-litre engines from the Verna but probably in a different state of tune. Expect Hyundai India to offer loads of features with this SUV and locking differentials. A cue of what lies in the features bin can be deduced from the images below.
